PTE Ltd provide STS OPERATION of any size and a variety of cargoes including Crude Oil, LPG and LNG and Jet Fuel,Diesel fuel, Light Cycle Oil LCO and Mazut as well as Bulk cargoes at the International Waters-OPL (Off Port Limit) of a minimum 6NM from the China Territorial waters.
